Claudina Rattaro
Director of the Communication Systems Engineering career of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of the Republic (Udelar). His undergraduate, master’s and doctoral degrees have been in Electrical Engineering. Its areas of activity correspond to Data Networks, Wireless Networks, Automation systems, 5G networks and Software Control and Development.
He is currently a professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of the Republic, developing research projects among which are: Analysis, Modeling and Optimization of Wireless Networks, Information Services, Communication and Telecommunications in the digital era. Business models, regulations and policies in the face of the emergence of disruptive technologies and their possible impacts on contemporary democracies.
Leqi Deng
Master in business management. He has 8 years of work experience in the telecommunications area. He is currently manager of corporate affairs at Huawei Chile.
Ricardo Flores
PhD in Telematics Systems Engineering, Master in Network Engineering and Telematic Services, Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain. Electronic Engineer, Universidad Politécnica Salesiana, Ecuador. He is a professor of Computer Science Engineering and Engineering in Applied Mathematics and Computing at the San Francisco University of Quito, Ecuador.

Osman Lucero Anzures
Degree in Graphic Design from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM); Master in Digital Design at the University of Barcelona; Master in Visual Arts in the specialty of Design and Graphic Communication, UNAM. He currently works as an Academic Technician in the Department of Systems of the National School of Languages, Linguistics and Translation, UNAM.
Jenny Acosta Trujillo
Master in Education, Director of the Confucius Institute of the UNAM since 2009 at the National School of Languages, Linguistics and Translation of the UNAM, she is a definitive professor in the area of Chinese. He is a founding member of the Center for China-Mexico Studies of the Faculty of Economics (CECHIMEX), from 2014 to 2016 he was a Member of the Advisory Council of the Regional Center of Confucius Institutes for Latin America (CRICAL), from 2014 to 2020 he was a Member of the Advisory Committee of the University Program of Studies on Asia and Africa of the UNAM (PUEAA) and currently Coordinator of the Sub Module of China, of the Diploma in Asian Studies.
