From the CLEC Foundation – Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean, we share information about the “Learn Chinese by Singing” educational camp, 2026 edition. Please read the following information carefully.

Location: Chengdu

Dates: 3–12 August (10 days) 

Number of participants: approx. 25 

Participants must cover the cost of their international airfare.

Accommodation, meals, transport and activity costs in China will be covered by the organisers. Click here for more information about this camp.

Application requirements:

1. Be a foreign national and reside outside China;

2. Be over 18 years of age, in good health and fit to undertake international travel;

3. Be able to adapt to a camp where the language of communication is Chinese and hold an HSK certificate (or plan to sit the HSK exam in the near future);

4. Have a talent for singing in Chinese (where candidates are equally qualified, priority will be given to previous winners of the “Learn Chinese Through Singing” programme). 

5. Not to have participated in the “Chinese Bridge” Summer/Winter Camp for international students or the “Learn Chinese Through Singing” Camp in the last three years.
