His main areas of research are linguistics and applied linguistics, international Chinese language teaching, and studies on Chinese phonetics and grammar. He has been selected for the Chinese Ministry of Education&#8217;s &#8220;Outstanding Talents of the New Century&#8221; programme and Shanghai&#8217;s &#8220;Pujiang Talents&#8221; programme, and has received numerous awards for research and teaching achievements at provincial and ministerial level. She has received the Exemplary Case Award for Digital Application and Practice at the World Conference on Chinese Language, has presented a paper at the International Symposium of the European Association for Teaching Chinese, and has contributed to the compilation of the &#8220;Series of Preparation Books for the International Chinese Teacher Certificate Examination&#8221; published by People&#8217;s Education Press. She has delivered courses on digital and smart Chinese language teaching for the Shanghai Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and the Chinese Language Education Foundation, amongst other institutions. He has worked as a local instructor at the Confucius Institute at Unesp (S\u00e3o Paulo, Brazil) since 2018.
